About Sindhri mango pulp
Sindhri is the large, long, bright-yellow mango that opens Pakistan's mango season. It originally comes from Mirpur Khas in Sindh and is loved for its thin skin, smooth fibre-free flesh and gentle, honey-sweet taste.
Its mild flavour and bright colour make Sindhri pulp a versatile base for blending, especially in dairy drinks, desserts and products that need a clean, smooth mango taste without heavy acidity.
Because Sindhri arrives early in the season, it lets buyers start production before the late varieties come in, and it pairs well with Chaunsa or Desi pulp to fine-tune colour and flavour.
