Quality & Process

Safe food starts with good fruit and careful handling. Here is how we make our mango pulp.

The process

From orchard to sealed pack

Six simple steps, done carefully every time, so that each batch tastes like the fruit it came from.

  1. 1

    Orchard sourcing

Ripe mangoes are bought from trusted growers in the South Punjab mango belt during each variety's season.

  2. 2

    Washing & sorting

Fruit is washed and hand-sorted. Bruised, damaged or unripe mangoes are removed before processing.

  3. 3

    Even ripening

Mangoes are ripened evenly so the sweetness, colour and aroma are at their best on the pulping day.

  4. 4

    Pulping & refining

Fruit is de-stoned and pulped, then passed through fine sieves for a smooth, fibre-free texture.

  5. 5

    Heat treatment

The pulp is heat-treated to make it safe and shelf-stable without preservatives.

  6. 6

    Packing & storage

Pulp is filled hygienically into sealed packs, coded by batch and stored in clean, cool conditions.
